2.1 The total product
The delivery consists of a subscription-based complete 1-channel music system with associated musical planning/programming for playing music that creates an evocative atmosphere for the customer.
2.2 Multimedia unit
Either 1) A media-unit will be installed at the location of the costumer, which will be connected to the pre-installed audio playback system. The multimedia device is responsible for audio output and signaling to the pre-installed audio system. or 2) The Client will use own laptop, cellphone or iPad device for playback.
2.3 Music programming
The client will be responsible for the programming and indexing of the selected content of the media-unit. The playback of music content is controlled remotely from TuneButler Portal App.
3.1 Installation of multimedia unit
The client is responsible for setting up the music hardware for playback

The client can use own device together with TuneButler Portal to initiate playback
B:
The client can order a TuneButler Player media unit from TuneButler, witch will be shipped by mail
4.1 Genres
The Client has total control of Genres and Moods via TuneButler Portal.
4.2 Execusion limits
The Client can play music in a limited timeslot, or 24/7. It depeneds solely on the client
4.3 Access to raw material
It is not possible to access the playback material for the costumer.
5.1 Update Frequency
The provider updates TuneButler playlists and moods frequently.
6.1 Contenious execusion and support (Only valid for TuneButler Players)
It is the provider’s responsibility to ensure correct playback. However, if the playback is interrupted, the customer is initially responsible for performing a simple restart of the TuneButler Player.
6.2 Restart of playback (Only valid for TuneButler Players)
In the event that the media-unit is interrupted in playback, the customer shall restart the media-unit in the first instance after submitting instructions via TuneButler Portal, or directly via TuneButler support hotline.
A:
If the media-unit has to be restarted, disconnect the black power supply cable from the media-unit, wait 5-10 seconds, and reconnect the power supply to the media-unit. If the playback starts, there is no need for further actions.
B:
If A does not solve the issue, please contact TuneButler via TuneButler Portal, or directly via TuneButler service hotline.
6.3 Loss of network (Only valid for TuneButler Players)
In the case of loss of network connection, the multimedia device will start playback from local storage. It is in the costumers responsibility to provide a solid, non-loaded network connection of minimum 10mbit/s to the multimedia device. Note: The media-unit does not have the ability to receive new content.
6.4 Technical Malfunction (Only valid for TuneButler Players)
In the case of multimedia device malfunction within the first two years of service, it is the responsibility of the provider, to provide working multimedia device to the costumer without any cost to the costumer.
6.5 Damaged Hardware (Only valid for TuneButler Players)
Is the multimedia device exposed to water, moist, fire, shocks, insufficient electrical power, electrical overload, changes in electrical current and any other ‘non-accidental’ overload, will the cost of a new multimedia device charged to the costumer. It is up to the provider to clarify whether a media-unit has malfunctioned due to damage, or malfunction.
6.6 Client Streaming hardware
TuneButler has no responsibily of playback stability if the client is using own hardware.
7.1 One Time Payment
The subscription startup is calculated at a price of 0,- exclusive VAT. Only if the Client want to lease a TuneButler Player, the Client will be charged for that
7.2 Music Subscription
Subscription fee is calculated based on what the Client has decided to buy. The subscription fee is invoiced for the upcoming month. Yearly subscriptions will be charged immidiately, and renewed the same date next year.
7.3 Fixation period
The fixation period of this subscription is 1 months.
7.4 Royalties
The costumer is responsible to pay any charged mandatory fees to the royalty authorities regarding the music content playback within the location of the costumer. TuneButler will only provide leagl music playback, and will under no circumstance be responsible for royalty fees charged to the Client
8.1 Cancellation
The costumer is able to cancel the subscription at all time. By cancellation of the subscription the subscription will not be renewed when the fixation period expires. The Client will be charged for the upcoming month.
8.2 Refusion
There will not be any refund within the fixation period..
9.1 Subscription Start
The subscription is approved when this contract of subscription has been accepted and payment fulfilled.

4) A HDMI Cable
Connect the HDMI cable to the player, and your display. Plase note witch HDMI port/channel that you connect it to. Also connect the power supply and ethernet if possible
Now turn on your display, and set go to the correct HDMI source, witch has the player connected
Depending on the display, you maybe can set the display to turn on, on the right HDMI source.
This will become handy so if the screen is powered off, then it will turn on the right source
Now your display will run your video schedule. You can still control, and refresh the screen, no mater where you are! Super easy!
